One Carat - Wedding Day Coordinating Package

For the Bride and Groom that has planned it all and just needs our final touches to make the Rehearsal, Wedding and Reception run smoothly. This package includes the following services:

Wedding Timeline Creation and Delivery to Vendors 3 Weeks Prior to Wedding
Rehearsal Coordinator.
Greeting of Guests at Rehearsal Dinner/Reception
Full Day Wedding Director with On-Site Supervision
Decoration of Ceremony Site and Reception Setup
Assistance with locating necessary vendors
Traffic Management and Final Coordination of Vendors Secured by Purchaser.
Delivery of Final Payment to Vendors Secured by Purchaser as Requested by Purchaser.
Preservation of top tier of wedding cake

Two Carat - Consulting and Partial Package

Designed for the Bride and Groom requiring additional assistance with venue and vendor selection plus reservations, budget planning and detail preparation. This is our most popular package and includes the following services:

Unlimited Consulting and Planning Services from Date of Hire.
Wedding Timeline Creation and Delivery to Vendors 3 Weeks Prior to Wedding
Rehearsal Coordinator.
Greeting of Guests at Rehearsal Dinner/Reception.
Wedding Day Director with On-Site Supervision.
Decoration of Ceremony Site and Reception Setup
Assistance with locating necessary vendors, contract/price negotiations and delivering contracts to Purchaser
Traffic Management and Final Coordination of Vendors Secured by Purchaser.
