"K&S Signature Events is simply the best. Like so many other couples, my wife Jamie and I set out to put together one of the most important days of our lives by ourselves. We thought by reading a few wedding tips online we could organize our own event. We had decided to get married in three months. Not a big wedding, only 50 people. Plenty of time, right? By the middle of the second month however, Jamie and I realized that we were in over our heads. We were both working full time. Every minor decision seemed to add to the stress of doing it the way we wanted. What flowers, decorations, caterer, cake, music, …all the basic questions, but we had no experience to draw on for the answers.
Enter Sandra from K&S Events. She had been recommended by a family member. We met with her and she quickly put to rest our first concern, time. She said she could easily put something together quickly. If I were to try and describe Sandra, I would say she is incredibly organized, well connected with the places and people in the area, and the hardest worker I’ve seen. Sandra met with us several times prior to the wedding and constantly kept us up to date via email as well. She worked with us to stay on budget offering fantastic lower cost options on decorating ideas. On the day of the wedding she was amazing. She made sure that neither Jamie or I had a concern other than to enjoy the day. We had rented a home for our wedding and Sandra did an AMAZING job decorating it. The day was absolutely PERFECT. In retrospect, I can’t imagine having tried to pull off our wedding without her. She’s simply the best."

It is so important to be able to step back and ask for help when we need it. It is what will keep us sane in life and from going on overload. I wanted the chance to soak in all our hard work, catch up with all of our guests and actually enjoy and remember our wedding and reception. Even if something wasn’t going on, I didn’t want to have to anticipate the next moment I would be needed or a vendor was coming to ask me one question or another. Every bride should realize that no matter how organized and on top of it you are, the day will be hectic and things will need to be taken care of.
Because of you, there was absolutely no stress on mine or Brett’s part, and that is exactly how we wanted it. (Well, except the rain, but somehow that seemed to go away just in time!) You truly did take care of all of the details while we savored every moment. You made the day run so smoothly, worked out any issues that came up throughout the day, set up the reception site so beautifully, and just did such a wonderful job.

There were only 7 months in between the engagement and the wedding date so planning had to begin immediately. Sandra came on board from the beginning and she had the energy and enthusiasm that could only be outmatched by mine, "the soon to be bride." She was interested in finding out how I envisioned my wedding day and what details I felt to be important or those I felt to be insignificant. This was very crucial for me because I was hesitant to bring on a wedding planner because I am a very particular person and an event as big as my wedding day was something I had given a lot of thought to. I did not want someone to come in and take over unless I was sure that it would be done according to my vision.
Sandra was certainly the right person to take over! She met with me on a consistent basis and as the day approached she was there whenever I needed her! She was very attentive to every detail. We made a budget together and she was very conscientious to keeping to that throughout the planning. She was a great resource for creative ideas and she followed up instantly with vendors. She was practical and thoroughly planned the logistical part of the wedding in terms of coordinating and timing. She made timelines and lists to keep things running smoothly and organized. She even helped with the planning of the bachelorette party and bridal showers! She was amazing and I learned to really rely on her throughout the process. She approached my wedding as if it was her own and therefore I never had a doubt about how wonderful the day would end up being.
On the day of the wedding, she was my hero! I can't imagine what my stress levels would have been like if she had not been there! She was there to field all of the unexpected questions and the unforeseen events that are bound to happen along the way. She was the go-to person that day which allowed me to really experience my wedding and spend time with my family and friends without having to worry about the details. She even dropped off the wedding gifts at my home on the wedding night so I wouldn't have to worry about transporting them from the reception. She thought of everything and I would recommend her with the highest praise imaginable!
She is a wonderful wedding planner but above all a wonderful person and I am honored to have become her friend throughout this process. Thank you Sandra for making my wedding one of the best days of my life!"
